I know many women who suffer from frequent urinary tract infections Sadly I think some womens anatomy makes them more prone to infection. Here are a few tips on preventing the dreaded UTI!!

1. Never hold your pee, keeping it in can cause bacteria to brew in your bladder
2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day to flush out your system
3. Take Vitamin C or drink unsweetened cranberry juice
4. Avoid irritating foods such as tomatoes, citrus fruits, simple carbs (sweets) which promotes bacterial growth in your urine
5. Take a probiotic like lactobacillus. Always get the kind that needs to be refrigerated
