Coconut Four- This flour has 10 times more disease fighting fiber than white flour! Adding coconut flour to sweet treats helps to lower their glycemic index to keep blood sugar under control. This flour is best for cakes, muffins, breads and bars. Just swap 10-20% of the white flour for coconut flour. If it seems runny let it sit for a few minutes and the coconut flour will absorb a lot of the moisture.

Almond Flour- This nutrient dense flour packs in potassium, Vit E, iron, magnesium, calcium and 6 grams of protein per 1/4 cup.
