eat clean

For individuals, organic food has big benefits. Eating organic means avoiding the pesticide residue left on foods, and it means you are eating more nutritious foods. A growing number of people are taking precaution to avoid exposure to pesticides, particularly in the cases of pregnant women (growing babies are exposed to most of the chemicals that mom consume) and the parents of young children.

1. Onions
2. Sweet Corn
3. Pineapple
4. Avocado Avocado
