Self-Induced Healing

Since we tend to project past experiences onto the present, our future choices/ responses are affected. We keep programming ourselves to repeat past mistakes because our concept of "reality" is only a perception or mis-perception. When we can acknowledge past mistakes as mis-perceptions and learn from them, this frees us to forgive ourselves (and others), let go of blame and move on, allowing new experiences to flow into our lives, with grace and ease. When we can change our perception of a negative or unwanted event, our bodies believe the new perception.
